Rules and Tips for Surah & Speech Competition:

Pre-K, KG and Level 1 will participate in the Surah Competition.
Level 2 will have a Surah Competition with English translation.
Level 3- Level 10 including Youth Group will participate in the Speech Competition.

•         Time allowed: 3-4 minutes (Bell rings at 3.5 minutes, hard stop at 4:00 Mins). 

•         Points will be deducted if participant exceeds the time limit

•         Please prepare speech according to time limit to avoid losing points

•         Maximum six qualifying participants per class

•         Stay focused and keep eye contact

•         Be confident, face the audience and keep decibel level high.

•         Respected judges will grade using evaluation sheets.

•         Tabulators will compile the results.

•         Timekeepers will help with a bell and stop watch.

•         Youth Group is responsible for conducting this competition, housekeeping and discipline.

•         Teachers will assist their class participants.
