School Registration 2024-2025

Registration Process:

1. Registration form will be processed at registration desk
2. After registration, students will go to the bookstore and pick up books.
3. A registered students slip will be given to the student and will be requested to go to the classroom.
4. Student will hand over the copy of the registered students' slip to the teacher and the teacher will file it for his/her record.
5. No student will be allowed in the classroom without registration.
6. Registration will not be processed, and the books will not be issued to students until fee is paid in full.

Registration Form:

There are two ways to register:

1. For in-person registration, click Download Registration Form , print it, fill the form and bring it to school with the required tuition fee or come to school on Registration Day, get Registration form and process the registration.
2. For online registration, complete the online registration form below and complete the payment process. If payment needs to be paid by check or cash, bring required fee to school on in-person registration day and complete the registration .

By submitting this registration form, I agree to the following terms: 1. I agree to pay the tuition fee of $200.00 per year per student at the time of registration to cover all the expenses, such as books, school supplies, lunch, security, field trip and graduation ceremony. 2. I shall be responsible for the behavior of my child while on the premises of Masjid Al-Noor and I understand that if my child shows disrespect to the teacher or damage to the school property or does not co-operate with the management of the school, the administration has the right to suspend / dismiss my child. 3. I shall not hold Al-Noor Islamic School, its administration, teachers and Mid-Hudson Islamic Association against any liabilities and/or claims from accident on Masjid Al-Noor premises. 4. I give permission to the faculty and administration to act to their best judgment in case of medical emergency. I shall be notified as soon as possible in cases of illness, accidents, and or any emergencies; and that I shall be responsible for the cost of any treatment deemed necessary. *
